Replete with a combination of theories and skills, my practice is well informed with the theories and modalities of attachment, trauma, CBT, existential/logotherapy, and narrative, while simultaneously incorporating techniques and skills associated with psychoanalysis, Gestalt, Adlerian psychotherapy, trauma -informed CBT, and DBT. In our one on one sessions, you are the kernel of attention. My general approach to therapy is humanistic, emotion-focused, client- centered, strength-based, social justice oriented, and culturally sensitive. Let’s begin your journey to a new beginning!
