Cancellation Policy

Welcome to BC Counselling Services. We are committed to providing accessible and professional counselling services. To ensure a smooth experience for all our clients, please familiarize yourself with the following booking policies: Early Booking Limit: Clients can book appointments up to 3 months in advance. This allows for better planning and availability management. Late Booking Minimum: To ensure the quality of our services, appointments must be booked at least 12 hours before the desired session time. Cancellation Policy: Life can be unpredictable, and we understand that. However, to respect the time of our counsellors and other clients, we require a minimum 24-hour notice for any cancellation. Failure to do so will result in a full charge for the missed session ($150). Rescheduling Policy: If you need to reschedule an appointment, please do so at least 12 hours in advance. This allows us to accommodate other clients who might need that time slot. Late Cancellation and No-Show Fees: Late cancellations (less than 24 hours before the appointment) and no-shows will incur the full charge of a one-hour session ($150). This fee compensates our counsellors for their reserved time. Exceptions: We understand emergencies happen. Exceptions to the above policies may be made in cases of genuine emergencies, at the discretion of BC Counselling Services. Disclaimer: BC Counselling Services reserves the right to modify these policies. Clients will be notified of any significant changes. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who consistently fails to comply with our booking policies. Privacy and Security: Your personal information and session details are confidential and will be handled with the utmost care and privacy in accordance with our data protection policies.
